No surprises: the version you buy today stays the one you paid for.
Registro Pro isn't a separate app to download. You install Registro for free from the Microsoft Store, open the app, and select Switch to Pro: the purchase and payment are handled directly by the Microsoft Store, and Pro features unlock automatically once it's complete.
