ABOUT

As a kid I spent more time taking things apart than using them. I'm Alessandro, and honestly not much has changed.

Tall-Ants was born from this curiosity: understanding how things work, experimenting, building and improving one piece at a time.

Curiosity about technology has been with me since I was a kid, and I never experienced it only as an interest in computers: I like understanding how things really work, taking them apart if I have to.

Off-screen, that curiosity takes very practical forms: building, modifying, trying, failing and trying again. It's the same attitude I bring to software: starting from a concrete problem and looking for a solution that makes sense before it's sophisticated.

I'm interested in science because it forces you to ask better questions. I'm interested in technology because it lets you turn some of those questions into tools. And I love traveling because changing places almost always means changing your point of view.

Today, digital agents and AI tools make a new kind of software development possible: not a replacement for the person, but an ongoing collaboration. The agent can explore, propose, generate and accelerate; the person keeps choosing the direction, verifying the result and taking responsibility for the decision.

This is how I build at Tall-Ants: one verifiable step at a time, using powerful tools without losing control of the process.

Can this one small step help build something that lets you see further?

DISCOVERY

Changing your point of view.

Traveling and encountering different contexts is part of the same impulse that drives building software: stepping far enough away from what you already know to see a problem from another angle.
